Going across the bottom of the page there are three images. The first is a ten-microphone acoustic array installed on an SUV, with VAWS running inside. The second picture is a picture of VAWS hardware. The center box is the embedded processor, with accelerometers and cables to the left and the laptop running the user interface & node combination software. The final picture shows how contact reports from multiple VAWS nodes can be used to triangulate target positions.
